1:1 guidance · founder intensives
what you build next, you become first.
i guide founders through the threshold — where the self that built it learns to set it down, and step into what’s next.
01 / the threshold
you’ve reached the edge of the old map.
you built the thing. it worked. and somewhere inside the success, a quieter truth surfaced — the person who got you here isn’t quite the one who carries you forward.
the venture is shifting, or the role, or the season of life. underneath the visible change, something more fundamental is asking to move: an identity ready to be set down, a way of leading that has run its course, a self that’s complete — and quietly asking for the next one.
most people meet this moment with more strategy. it rarely yields to strategy. it yields to presence.
02 / the nature of the work
subtle work. all the way through.
what we do together is quiet, and it reaches the core. not the architecture of the company — the architecture of the one building it. the body, the energy, the patterns that live beneath language.
i bring two decades of building real things in the world, and years of my own inner work — including time with wisdom traditions that hold transformation as something felt, not figured out.
the aim is alignment: that how you lead, how you live, and who you actually are stop being three separate things. from there, the next venture doesn’t cost you yourself. it expresses you.
the work stays close to the light — to presence, to authenticity, to the quiet relief of becoming who you already are.
03 / ways to work together

- founder intensives multi-day and immersive. a threshold met fully, away from the noise — one-to-one or with a small group. immersive
- advisory, via atmusphere when the structure needs the work too — the architecture and the human, moving together. atmusphere.co →
- speaking & workshops for rooms ready to go deeper than the usual keynote. by request
04 / the ground i stand on
i’m not guiding from theory.
before this was my work, i invested twenty years building — a category-leading food brand, the world’s first barley milk, a regeneratively designed bakehouse, a founder advisory i co-founded. i’ve walked the thresholds i now hold space for.
